Who is The Flow?
The Flow was founded in 2018 and focuses on creating the best Digital Workplace possible, with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. To do so, they focus on 3 things:
- digital flow
- people
- and technology
The Flow experts help their clients with information governance, setting up a governance framework for Power Apps, optimizing employee experience journeys, and boosting the digital maturity within an organization. The latest addition to their expertise is People Analytics. Their ultimate goal? Creating a great workplace for both employees and their clients.
What characterizes The Flow?
Their expertise and comradeship. Just like Bluu, they are an official Great Place To Work 2023 and their results showed: with a total score of 95% they can be very proud! On comradeship, they scored a dazzling 98%. Besides having “the cream of the crop” (says Helga Florentie, managing partner), The Flow people help each other out whenever they need.
Another big thing is their focus on work-life balance. Next to the obvious flexibility in working hours and location, our BluuCrew really invests in the personal aspect of their employees. You work to live, not vice versa. And they get that.
Every year, The Flow crew takes on the challenge of exercising 2 times around the world!

What holds the future?
In the short-term, The Flow wants to expand its offering, starting by creating more awareness on the value of People Analytics. To support that expansion, they’re looking for new experts to join (see open jobs below).
The long-term, big goal is to become a thought leader and reference in the field of Modern Workplace and employee experience.
