Meet Pieter

Pieter lives and breathes innovation. After a period as a team lead, he rediscovered his passion for advising clients, speaking at events, and pre-sales activities. As a Microsoft MVP (Loop and Copilot), Pieter has in-depth knowledge of both Microsoft as a company and its product organization, which is a significant asset in his role. He enjoys discovering new technologies, thoroughly analyzing them, and translating their value into tangible business benefits. Pieter also co-manages the Go-To-Market strategy and handles key partnerships, including the one with Microsoft.

He continues to be actively involved in various projects as a trusted advisor, thanks to his broad background and strong affinity for Microsoft 365.

What makes your job so unique?

“We are a particularly close-knit group of colleagues. I have a strong feeling that during recruitment, they don’t just look at a strong CV, but also at the question: ‘How does this person fit into this fantastic group?’ I have rarely seen so many intelligent people gathered together who are also always ready to help one another, regardless of the time of day. Knowing you can fall back on that is invaluable.”

How did you end up at Bluu?

“Through a connection. A former colleague, Tom, introduced me to the opportunity. Shortly after, I met one of the managing partners, Benny. It became clear immediately that I wouldn’t just find a professional challenge here, but also a great human match. I was one of the first employees. Something I am still very proud of today!”

What do you enjoy most outside of the work itself?

“All of the above, and part of my previous answer.”

Why did you become a Bluu Ambassador?

“I was here early on and have seen the cluster make enormous strides, both commercially and on a human level. It’s a true community, a cluster where passion and challenges are shared. We learn from each other, but we can also turn to each other with personal questions. Carrying these values is essential to me and is the main reason I am a Bluu Ambassador.”
