Job Description:
As a Sales Manager at Exsertus, you will:
- Actively contribute to Exsertus’ strategic plans.
- Develop the sales strategy & go-to-market and execute it.
- Take a leadership role in new initiatives, thriving on entrepreneurship.
- Manage the 3 T’s of sales: Teach, Tailor & Take Control, presenting compelling sales stories, translating customer needs into solutions, and mastering the sales cycle.
- Seek software projects for experts and new clients in various sectors.
- Inspire and act as a strategic advisor, translating customer needs into concrete web and cloud-based solutions within Microsoft technology.
- Contribute to recruiting new talent as a good ambassador.
- Bring structure to pipeline management and CRM.
Expectations:
We are looking for a team player with a passion, preferably for technology, who:
- Has a proven commercial track record in the IT sector and can leverage an existing network.
- Is a smooth communicator, takes initiative, and demonstrates perseverance.
- Is ambitious and entrepreneurial in elevating the company.
- Communicates fluently in Dutch and English; good knowledge of French is a plus.
