Part time Admin

You are responsible as an admin lead for the complete administrative support of several competence centers that fall under the Bluu cluster. Bluu is an ecosystem of various IT companies, each offering services around Agile Transformation, Digital Innovation, and the Microsoft Platform.

What will you do?

As an Admin Lead, you are the linchpin in the administrative support of our competence centers. You act as the first point of contact (SPOC) for all questions and administration, relieving the managing partners in their daily tasks.

Your responsibilities:

  • Internal Sales: Preparing quotes, communicating with clients, following up with consultants at clients, and budget tracking.
  • Invoicing: Preparing and sending invoices, checking and approving purchase invoices, and managing the timesheet administration of our consultants.
  • Training Administration: Organizing training sessions, processing registrations and invoicing participants, arranging locations and catering, and publishing training dates on the website.
  • Office Management: Managing the company’s general contact channels (phone and mailbox), purchasing office supplies, organizing team-building activities, etc.
  • HR Administration: Drafting and registering freelance contracts, following up on submitted expenses, and providing support during the onboarding of new colleagues.

Who are you?

We are looking for a driven and responsible professional ready to take on the challenge as Admin Lead. You are someone who can manage their files independently and proactively handle and process all administrative tasks. You take responsibility for your work and ensure everything is meticulously arranged.

  • Responsible: You are ready to take responsibility for the complete administrative support of our competence centers.
  • Independent: You can work independently, know what needs to be done, and take the initiative to pick up and complete tasks.
  • Proactive: You do not wait but act proactively. You see what needs to be done and ensure it gets done without needing reminders.
  • Structured and orderly: You work in a structured and orderly manner, always keeping an overview and not overlooking anything. You have an eye for detail and ensure everything is neat and organized.
  • Strong communicator: You are good at communication, both with external partners and internal parties. You can communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring everyone is always informed of the status.
